S.O.C.C.O. welcomes your experience, knowledge and expertise as an Owner/Operator to the organization.


Membership Requirements

  • Must have a licensed facility

  • Must be in good standing with the agency you work with

  • Must abide by all regulations that pertain to Titles 22 and/or 17

  • Complete S.O.C.C.O. application and pay annual dues

  • Must attend and participate at a minimum of 5 meetings per year
