To bring Care Professionals in California together to identify and resolve issues impacting the individuals and our changing industry. Use our collective experience and knowledge to advocate on behalf of individuals with disabilities.

To provide up-to-date training and information while keeping our members current on changes and updates to Title 17 and 22.

 
 

Our Mission

To continue to lead this industry by providing exemplary care and services to individuals consumers with disabilities in a safe and caring environment, while helping the individuals we care for integrate into the community.

To continue to create a positive communication and open dialogue between Care Providers/Administrators and State and County Agencies.

To promote an understanding of individu- als with disabilities in the community and to secure their rights.

Since 1967, we have been empowering Care Professionals across California to shape the resources needed for elderly, mentally ill, and developmentally disabled individuals in Residential Care Facilities, ensuring they achieve their full potential and surpass the influence of lawmakers in Sacramento.
